Success requires leadership, commitment, planning, discipline and influence.  I am committed to building a nationwide team based on those traits.  Between the Bail USA team and our great bail agents there is no problem too big that we cannot handle together.  We may not win every battle but we are committed to fight for the survival of the surety bail industry.

To be successful one needs to constantly look at your company and be willing to make changes.  I am very pleased to announce that in 2012 I am adding some good people to the Bail USA team.  Two you already know, Gordon Coombes and JL Webber who will be working from our Bail USA office in Fort Collins, Colorado.  They have been hired to better serve our bail agents in the West.  If you are interested in finding out about the areas each of these two men will be working I would refer you to our website under the tab Regional Support Coordinators.  We at Bail USA always welcome your phone calls at our home office in Greenville; however, Gordon and JL will be your personal representative if you live in a certain geographic area.   Their job is to know the laws of your state, know the political climate of your state, know if your state has an association and attend those functions.  If your association needs someone to teach a course Gordon, JL, Nicholas Wachinski or I are available to help you.  We are building a team that is committed to you and your success.

The next addition to the Bail USA family is Nicholas Wachinski, Esquire.  Nick is a resident of Pennsylvania and from an early age developed a passion for politics and the bail industry.  I have known Nick for several years and I believe Nick will have the influence in Pennsylvania politics to make positive changes to the bail industry.  I feel that the time is right to bring on corporate council in order to help each of you with legal issues you may encounter.  Please remember, Nick is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as an attorney but he does not know the bail laws in every state.  Nick will offer his guidance and support not only for our bail agents but he will help you (when asked) with your association’s needs or political issues.  He will be located in our Bail USA office in Eastern PA.

I am very proud of the entire Bail USA team.  On a daily basis I watch the staff at the home office of Bail USA working diligently to do their job to assist you.  Whether it is the Licensing Department, the Data Entry Department, the Forfeiture Department, the Accounting Department or the Management of the company everyone is working together to ensure you have the tools you need to effectively run your business.  It is not easy to be a bail agent in today’s working environment and we are here to help you in any way we can. 

I hope that as you go into the next year you take the time and review the people on your team.   Is everyone on your team committed to the continuance of the surety bail industry?  Are you a member of your local association?  Are you responsible in your action, professional in your behavior and transparent in your business?
